This website is hosted by a European hosting provider under a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement.

During access, the hosting provider automatically processes:

  • IP address (shortened/anonymized where technically possible)
  • date and time of access
  • requested URL and HTTP status
  • browser type and version
  • amount of data transferred

This data is required for technical delivery, security, and error analysis.

3. Categories of Data and Processing Purpose

We process personal data only to the extent required for providing a secure and functional website.

3.1 Essential Technical Data

  • Server log files (see Section 2)
  • Functionally necessary cookies for website operation

3.2 Media Galleries

Images displayed through a local gallery system are processed only on our servers. No transfer to third-party providers occurs.

3.3 User-Provided Data

If you contact us, we process the data you voluntarily provide (e.g., e-mail address, name, message). The processing is carried out based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or, where applicable, on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3.4 External Media (YouTube)

This website provides video content from YouTube. The service is operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Video content is loaded only after you actively allow external media through our consent mechanism (“two-click solution”). Until consent is given, no connection is established to YouTube’s servers and no personal data is transferred.

No scripts, frames or data connections to YouTube are executed before your consent is given.

Once activated, YouTube may process personal data such as IP address, device information, browser data, referrer URL, and interaction data. Data may also be transmitted to servers of Google LLC in the United States. The legal basis for this processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. For transfers to third countries, Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). Further details on data processing can be found in Google’s Privacy Policy:
https://policies.google.com/privacy

You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

3.5 Consent Management

This website uses a consent tool to manage optional cookies and external media activation. Only essential cookies are set before consent is granted. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (compliance with legal obligations) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in legally compliant website operation).

4. Legal Basis

Processing is carried out on the following legal bases:

  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of contractual or pre-contractual measures)
  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and efficient website operation)
  • Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent for optional services, cookies, embedded media)

5. Data Retention

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the processing purpose or where legally required. Log files are kept for a short, technically required retention period.

6. Disclosure of Data

Personal data is not transferred to third parties unless:

  • necessary for hosting and technical operation, or
